Way forward

The team in collaboration with Dr Hima & her associates (who will help in working on patient satisfaction analysis, etc.) will further conduct a usability testing to understand the impact of this work in day to day work-life. For example, are the doctors able to save time, are these outputs proving to be effective towards the patients’ decision-making process, are these benefitting the doctors who are keen on sharing information to the patients but face severe time constraints due to the workload.
